Emerging Leaders Training Opportunity

A professional development opportunity for emerging leaders, this 12-week course is specifically designed for team leaders, supervisors and 2IC’s in the horticultural industry.

It will focus on increasing self-awareness, leadership confidence, emotional intelligence, how to build trust and high-performing teams. The course includes face-to-face and online workshops, personal coaching sessions, and remote learning. 

For those who are unable to attend the face-to-face workshops, there is the option to join online.
