In April 2019, the Stakeholders in Methyl Bromide Reduction Inc. (STIMBR) requested a reassessment of the proposed Regulatory Controls (Controls) for Methyl Bromide (MB) that were due to occur on January 1st, 2020.  The EPA has begun a reassessment of the Approval for MB, as the EPA has determined that previously used models currently require reassessment due to incorrect assumptions. This reassessment is expected to be complete in early 2020.
